Please join CFEC in fighting for Fair and Open Competition as we participate on a Project Labor Agreement Panel, taking place during the 6th Annual San Joaquin Valley Region Public Contracting / Central Valley High Speed Rail Conference / Expo (Jobs & Contracts) Friday, January 11, 2013.
Over the past year, CFEC and other merit shop trade associations have worked to inform the California High Speed Rail Authority on Fair and Open Competition on the construction of the $68 billion-$100 billion rail system. We have done so by attending meetings, voicing contractor concerns, and reaching out to the media, but we need your help. Contractors are encouraged to attend this important session and voice their concerns about Project Labor Agreements.
