The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest has issued a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) survey for HVAC and Ductwork Repairs at the San Diego Naval Medical Center (Solicitation #: N6247313RXXXX) as part of a sources sought notice issued on FBO.gov.
