Plans to build a 5 story, 135-room hotel adjacent to Sacramento International Airport. Hotel will also include a fitness center, indoor pool and spa, a restaurant, and 3,500 square feet of meeting space.
Twin Rivers Unified School District is developing a Project Stablization Agreement to be used on all future projects.
Location: Downtown (Sacramento)
Projected Cost: $300 Million
New 405,000-square-foot Sacramento Courthouse will include 44 courtrooms. Construction will begin in 2015 and the courthouse is expected to open in 2017
The proposal includes the demolition of an existing hospital and the redevelopment of 19.36 acres for a residential subdivision comprising of approximately 125 residential units and up to 5,000 square feet of neighborhood serving retail.
1,000-home mega development. The project, named San Stino, will have 1.6 units per acre over a 645-acre tract.

The California Automobile Museum has submitted bold plans to the city of Sacramento for building a new museum to replace its dilapidated location at 2200 Front St. in Old Sacramento.
